Note : These bar charts show the level of pollen grains found in the honey sample. They DO NOT show the percentage of that particular plant in the overall honey sample. So for example, while raspberry may show as the tallest bar in the graph, a much smaller bar may have contributed more as a percentage of the total sample. What they do show is that in comparing years - if the samples were taken at roughly the same time - that more or less of a certain plant was collected that year. In general, while the bees visit the same sources every year, due to climatic variations the frequency with which they visit a particular source can vary widely year on year. This results in variation of taste.
The plants genus are shown but there may be many different plants within a particular genus (4,060 accepted species within Brassicaceae). For example in the 09/20 sample, Garden Radish (Raphanus sativus) is a major contributor but this may be rye grass or white clover.
